Night of Science in Bonn
Themed “DunkelZiffer”, the 6th Night of Science in Bonn is going to take place on the 4th of July 2008.
In the main building of the University of Bonn and around the Hofgarten in Bonn, from 7 o’clock in the evening to 1 o’clock at night everything is centred on data, figures and formulas in science and research: presentations, lectures, expositions, science shows and an attractive social program are awaiting the visitor.
One of the sectors the Seminar of Criminology of the University of Bonn has been actively doing research in during the last years is the sector of dark field investigation. Within the scope of the Night of Science, themed „DunkelZiffer”, the seminar wishes to give insights into this specific field of research and to present their results. Furthermore, it wants to invite the citizens to participate in a current online survey on the elucidation of the dark field investigation. During the long Night of Science, Unipark provides the visitors with software and places terminals at their disposal, giving them the possibility of taking part in the online survey of the Seminar of Criminology on site.
