Globalpark´s internet based EFS Survey facilitates the survey process by providing faster and better information. It enables users to conduct scientific studies quickly and cost-effectively while ensuring high data quality.

EFS Survey is the professional high-end solution for conducting online surveys with any respondent group. Web surveys, pop-up surveys, employee surveys, website tests, multimedia surveys, online tests, conjoint surveys and web experiments are the most common applications. Administration is carried out via an intuitive, user-friendly interface.
Over 20 question types and comprehensive layout functions are instantly available. The open architecture offers a variety of options to create optimised survey designs for any respondent group.
Invitations to surveys can be in the form of banners, pop-ups or e-mail invitations.
Any personal data, which is available prior to the survey, can be imported into the participant administration area and used for routing, filtering and analysis.

Comprehensive plausibility checks as well as automatic test tools ensure high-quality data.

The multi-language module enables users to conduct surveys in any language, including those using Asian character sets like Chinese, Korean and Thai. In addition to the ability to export data in different formats (e.g. SPSS, Excel) comprehensive online statistics and reports are also built in. Pre-created content can be arranged in themed libraries and transferred to other projects.

EFS Survey is based on MySQL, PHP, Apache and Linux and is hosted at Globalpark’s certified data centre (internet connection up to 155 Mbit, redundant electric power supply, 24 hours security).
