Support

Support at Unipark is organised via a member board and several mailing lists. This way, Unipark actively supports scientific discourse. In order to give all Unipark subscribers the chance to learn from others and formulate their own ideas and suggestions, all technical support is also provided by the forum. Additionally, the member area includes manuals and many helpful tips on how to use the software

All Uniparkers are able to benefit from the introductory tutorials focussing on how to use EFS Survey.

However, very complex problems may also be solved by Globalpark’s internal technical team.

Software related questions to or enquiries about a research problem can be posted to the forum or the campus mailing list (campus@Unipark.de) so that every member can benefit. Telephone support is not available.
